We are showing some love to all my Valentine's Day and cheesecake enthusiasts... this recipe is for you! Okay, from now on it will be hard for me to eat sweet rolls another way! These are super easy to make and just super yummy, plus good for you. I have been trying to increase some antioxidants in my diet so the elderberry here hits the spot for that amazing color and nourishment.


The cheesecake filling with the toasted bun after air frying it (you can also bake it) it makes these even better and more magical... and a great companion to a creamy latte! You'll love these!

Cheesecake Stuffed Brioche Buns

Serves 4 serving


Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1/3 cup of organic yogurt

  • 2 tsp of elderberry powder

  • 1 scoop of vanilla pea protein (optional)

  • 3 tbsp of granulated monk fruit

  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Sweet Brioche Stye buns

  • Yogurt and dye-free sprinkles for topping

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the cheesecake mix.

  3. Cut the brioche carefully in a hart shape.

  4. Stuff them with the cheesecake mix and bake for 18 minutes. Or ayr fry for 15 minutes at 350F.

  5. Let them cool and enjoy!
