No matter the season, chocolate mint is always a yes in my book! But these delicious popsicles are out of this world! This recipe is also gluten free and extremely easy to make and of course, using all the best ingredients such as Keto Bars Mint Chocolate Keto Bars.

Creamy and chunky popsicles! One of the best parts of this recipe is the no bake part... so basically is just mix, pour and freeze type of method, extremely easy! Also secretly healthy since we are keeping it nutrient dense by using some avocados for that thick and creamy factor we love in a popsicle.

Chocolate Mint Coconut Popsicles

Serves 10 servings


  • 2 avocados

  • 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

  • 4 tbsp of monk fruit or stevia

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 3 Keto Mint Chocolate Keto Bars

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Blend the avocado with almond milk, monk fruit and vanilla extract.

  2. Add the chopped bars and and unsweetened coconut in 10 silicone popsicle molds.

  3. Pour over the avocado mix, cover and add the popsicle sticks.

  4. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
