About this Giant Maple Pumpkin Glazed Donut:

Maple, chocolate and pumpkin latte flavors! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a fun a de delicious twist by just adding some of keto candied pecans to add more flavor, texture and of course, a delicious glaze made with monk fruit.

To add that extra magical factor of this recipe I also included some of the Maple Pumpkin Super Coffee, such a game changer! And it really brings up that extra taste of fall in just one giant and delicious donut.

Key Ingredients:

Maple Pumpkin Super Coffee! I have been also obsessed with these coffee's from Super Coffee; even got some special people in my life hooked on them. Their creamers are amazing! But for this recipe I used their Maple Pumpkin Coffee, (keto and gluten free!). You can use discount code SUPERMARIA.

Maple Pumpkin the magic factor! For the this super coffee with the touch of Maple Pumpkin is just the touch of fall I needed and wanted for this giant donut recipe... perfect for cozy movie nights or friend gatherings.

I also used a caramel MCT Oil, the brands I like are My Natural Force and Power Omega... both are made with simple healthy ingredients and add great flavors not only to your lattes but also to your baked goods.

The base of this Giant Maple Pumpkin Glazed Donut:

The base is so basic, I kept it very easy and uncomplicated and decided to use a low carb vanilla cake or cupcake mix. In this recipe I used ZenSweet that's also gluten free and it worked very good with this recipe.

Using cake mix for the recipe really saved me some steps such as adding baking soda, more monk fruit and vanilla. So there's a new lazy baking hack for you to use!
