You can use your favorite, type of rice here. But I honestly been loving Minute Rice for years now because it saves me so much time and if I have to be honest I am not the best at cooking rice, so this alternative is failproof, if you are like me I recommend this rice!

Jalapeño Popper Rice

Serves 4


Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 cups of Minute Rice in Jalapeño

  • 1/4 cup of roasted chopped red onion

  • 4 tbsp of light cream cheese

  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

  • 3 pieces of cooked bacon

  • 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese


Garnish

  • Pickled Jalapeños

  • Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. Microwave each cup without the film for 1 minute.

  2. Chop the bacon.

  3. Pour the rice into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Serve in a bowl, top with garnish and enjoy!
