Pork Tonkatsu

Serves 4
Ingredients
4 pieces of pork rib-eye without the fat
2 bags of your favorite Eat Good Fish crispy salmon skin
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/8 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of coconut animos or soy sauce
Crush the salmon skin in a blender or food processor.
Season the egg whites and pork steaks.
Dip each pork rib-eye in the egg and then into the crush salmon skin and cover them fully.
Cook at medium heat in a skillet with avocado oil for 2 minutes per side.
Enjoy!
