Strawberry "Nutella" Protein Popsicles (Low Carb & Gluten Free)

Couple goals, strawberries and kinder bueno. The ideas when it comes to popsicles are just endless and since we are getting started on this summer season we have to get started on those amazing combinations...


These popsicles are inspired by all my favorite ones, all in one... in a nostalgic, delicious and healthy version that will be cheering up your days. This recipe includes a low carb white chocolate, low carb hazelnut spread as well of sugar-free strawberry yogurt.



About these Strawberry "Nutella" Protein Popsicles:

Kind of a grown up version of kinder bueno, healthier, better, creamy and packed with protein. As a snack, dessert or post-workout this is a great recipe to enjoy! With a hint of our favorite... kinder bueno flavor, made healthier! Plus some strawberry yogurt to make that Neapolitan effect.


Using all the simplest ingredients and always looking for better options! This recipe is healthy and delicious!



Key Ingredients:

Adding some hazelnut spread and white chocolate to create that kinder bueno effect we want. I have been also obsessed with this combination... simply amazing and amps up every recipe! A game changer and always a favorite.



Delicious low carb white chocolate chips and hazelnut spread, the dream team! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.


The base of these Neapolitan Kinder Bueno Protein Popsicles:

The mix of kinder bueno is made from white chocolate chips and hazelnut spread (sugar-free) along with some greek yogurt to add more creaminess to the recipe and of course, we've got our strawberry layer made from yogurt as well.

The end result

Soft and flavorful! The contrast of flavors and extremely creamy is just amazing, the combination of flavors and those layers are just so so good. The white chocolate with the hazelnut spread is just a great alternative and touch to this recipe! Perfect high protein dessert.


All these flavors in your mouth, all the creamy flavors! The strawberry layer and the hazelnut just works to perfection, plus the fact that they are made from yogurt makes them even creamier... melts in your mouth!



You might want to save this recipe because a second recipe might be needed here! I shared this recipe with my friends but they were just too good as my afternoon snack after crossfit or dessert that I had to make some more.

Strawberry "Nutella" Protein Popsicles

Serves 10 servings


Ingredients

Strawberry Layer

  • 1 cup of sugar-free strawberry yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Kinder Bueno Layer

  • 1 cup of sugar-free plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp of low carb white chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of low carb chocolate hazelnut spread


Method

  1. Mix the ingredients for the strawberry layer and pour into 10 silicone popsicle molds and freeze for 1 hour.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the kinder bueno layer and pour over the strawberry layer.

  3. Add some popsicles sticks, cover and freeze overnight.

  4. Enjoy!
