Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of organic flour

  • 4 scoops of Levels Chocolate Grass-Fed Whey Protein

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 cup granulated monk fruit

  • 1/4 cup brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup cacao nut butter

Mix-Ins:

  • 1 chopped sugar-free cookies & cream chocolate bar

  • 1/3 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, including organic flour, Levels Chocolate Grass-Fed Whey Protein, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and both types of monk fruit sweeteners.

  3. Next, add in the wet ingredients: the whole egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and cacao nut butter. Mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Fold in the chopped cookies & cream chocolate bar along with the white and dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  5. Transfer the cookie dough into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-28 minutes.
