Tips for Making This Recipe Even Better!

  1. Don’t Overmix the Dough: Mixing just until combined keeps your cookie skillet soft and chewy.

  2. Use Room Temperature Eggs: Ensures even mixing and a smoother batter.

  3. Customize the Mix-Ins: Feel free to swap or add dried fruit, coconut, or other nuts for personalization.

  4. Monitor the Bake: Check at 25 minutes; an overbaked skillet loses its indulgent gooey texture.

  5. Serve Slightly Warm: For the most decadent texture and melty chocolate chunks, serve your skillet fresh from the oven.
