Serves 10 large cookies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 scoops Levels in Double Chocolate
1/3 cup gluten-free chocolate cake mix
1 pack sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup brown monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup cacao nut butter
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Mix-Ins:
10 sugar-free marshmallows (for topping)
2 tablespoons crumbled gluten-free cookies (for topping)
1/4 cup Justin’s peanut butter candy pieces
1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, and monk fruit sweeteners.
