Ingredients
Makes 10 Cookies
Cookies:
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 scoops Levels Vanilla Vean Grass-Fed Protein
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown granulated monk fruit
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup softened ghee (or butter)
1/3 cup molasses
1 whole egg
For the Coating:
2/3 cup brown granulated monk fruit
1/3 cup sugar-free caramels (melted)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
