Serves 8-10
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup brown monk fruit sweetener
1/2 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Nutiva Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons almond milk
Filling:
3/4 cup pistachio butter
2 tablespoons Nutiva Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Mix-ins:
1/2 cup crushed pistachios
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine pistachio butter with Nutiva Coconut Oil, form into small dollops, and freeze for a few hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
