Surimi Flakes Stuffed Bell Peppers

Serves 4 servings


Ingredients

  • 1 container Aquamar Surimi Flakes

  • 1 tbsp of coconut aminos

  • 1 tbsp of chipotle

  • 1/4 cup of avocado oil mayonnaise

  • 2 bell peppers cut in half

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup of sliced red onion

  • 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 tsp of real salt

  • 1/8 tsp of garlic


Method

  1. In a large bowl add the whole container of Aquamar Surimi Flakes.

  2. Shred them using a fork or your hands.

  3. Add the chipotle, coconut aminos, seasonings and mayonnaise.

  4. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

  5. Add the chopped celery, onion and cilantro to the mix and mix again using a spoon.

  6. Stuff each half of bell pepper with the Surimi Flake mix.

  7. Top with extra cilantro and serve with extra vegetables.

  8. Enjoy!
