Tahini Pumpkin DREAMY Fudge (Vegan, Keto)

Here I'm taking the usual pumpkin recipe to a next level, or just showing it with a little different perspective. We usually relate pumpkin to cozy and warm recipes, but no today guys! We are making pumpkin fudge, freezer fudge to be specific.

And we are giving it a twist with tahini! One of the favorite seed butters around the foodie community. Fact, tahini is made some sesame seeds and they are packed with amazing nutrients such as zinc, iron, selenium, vitamin B6 and copper. So these little seeds can add a little boost to your immune system!

Plus the other fact that pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant that our bodies eventually converts to vitamin A!

So you'll find that this recipe is loaded with healthy fats and nutrient dense ingredients, that's what I'll all about with sharing these recipes! Flavor and nutritious recipes!

This recipe is also:

- Vegan

- Paleo

- Low Carb

- Gluten Free

- Dairy Free

And of course, easy peasy! No oven needed, just grab your bowl, a spoon and a measuring cup and you'll be ready to go! And if you don't like tahini butter, feel free to replace it with your favorite nut butter!

These fudges are creamy and dreamy! And i'm so happy to be sharing this recipe with you, because these were AMAZING! Hard not to devour less than one...

Another essential part of this recipe is that GUT LOVE! Yes, the gut plays a very important role in our bodies: from being part of our immune system, absorbing nutrients, and of course, we have to expect it to have a hormonal impact since all of our body works like a domino effect.

In this recipe the delicious base is made from Nuzest Clean Protein: Digestive Support that has L-Glutamine and probiotics. Plus is it FREE from gums, artificial flavors or fillers.

No bloating! And if you want an extra gut tip, soak your seeds! That makes them easier to digest.

You are going to fall for these bites! The best delicious and simple way to nourish for your body from hormones to gut!
