Vanilla Protein Cantaloupe Ice Cream (Low Carb & No Churn)

You guys, this recipe is just a must try... literally obsessed over here! Only a few list of ingredients, no sugar added, gluten free, no churn needed and this ice cream recipe is also vegan friendly! The perfect snack or dessert for this summer.

For this recipe I’m using amazing and nourishing ingredients such as frozen cantaloupe, Nuzest vanilla protein, and some coconut butter. A great protein snack to fuel your body. Delicious, vegan friendly and gluten free protein no churn ice cream!

Cantaloupe Ice Cream

About this Vanilla Protein Cantaloupe Ice Cream:

We are showing some love to all my cantaloupe! But with that I also wanted to include a twist, a healthy and still delicious twist by just adding some Nuzest vanilla protein for that extra nourishment and flavor as well, that I will add that thickness factor while keeping things low carb and delicious!

This recipe is easy, quick and nutrient dense... also so fun!

Key Ingredients:

Adding some instant pea protein for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein, perfect to add some thickness! The ingredients are simple, low carb and gluten free... plus the taste is just delicious. Also, so important to use frozen cantaloupe.

And for that protein base and extra thickness I'm also using my favorite plant-based Nuzest protein in vanilla to keep to high protein and low carb.

Cantaloupe Ice Cream

Frozen Cantaloupe the perfect snack for the summer! These are simply perfect for meal prep, no need to bake anything at all to enjoy and attack that sweet tooth at any moment. While keeping your body strong and fueled with all the amino acids of antioxidants from the protein blend we are using.

The base of this protein vegan ice cream:

The base is made with simple ingredients, frozen cantaloupe (ripe and juicy), alullose for sweetness, unsweetened almond milk and some Nuzest plant based protein in vanilla and some chocolate chips. This combination keep things creamy, low carb, gluten free, vegan and flavorful.

Have you adding pea protein to your desserts? Makes it extra thick! This is a sign you need to try it!
