Almond Croissant Cookies

Serves 14 cookies



  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies, save half of the almonds for topping.

  3. Add the wet ingredients along with the ghee, mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Scoop the cookie dough into a baking tray, top with leftover almonds.

  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes for better cookies.

  6. Bake for 13 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
