Apricot Crumble Protein Cheesecake

Serves 1-2 servings



  • 1 cup of greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop of Ready Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein

  • 2 whole organic eggs

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit


  • 2/3 cup of chopped apricots

  • 1/2 cup of crushed Ready Nutrition Cinnamon Puffs

  • 1/3 cup of sugar-free maple syrup


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Blend the ingredients for the cheesecake.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the toppings.

  4. Pour over a baking dish and bake for 30-32 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down.

  6. Add the toppings and enjoy!
