1 ½ cups of Bella Berry Dilettoso Mix
1 tsp of baking powder
½ cup of coconut oil
2 large organic eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
For the Filling
1 block of of cream cheese room temperature
2/3 cup of powdered monk fruit
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Decoration: White Frosting (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Bella Berry Dilettoso, baking powder and sea salt.
Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the almond butter and organic eggs until a cohesive dough forms.
Shape Cookies: Scoop out the dough and form into 10 large cookies, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-11 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
