Ingredients
For the Cake:
2 cups gluten-free flour
1 cup oat flour
½ tsp sea salt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
⅔ cup granulated monk fruit
1 large egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
⅓ cup Artisana Coconut Oil
½ cup dye-free sprinkles
For the Vanilla Frosting:
¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ½ cups powdered monk fruit
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp sea salt
Extra dye-free sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, oat flour, sea salt, and protein powder (if using).
