This is my iconic Biscoff Jicama Ice Cream, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!



About this Biscoff Jicama Ice Cream:

This recipe overall is low carb, low sugar, gluten free and of course, delicious. I used the Organic vanilla yogurt from Kalona SuperNatural as my secret ingredient that will make this recipe so moist and extra moist... hard to say no to this one!


This is just a great snack to make anytime of the year! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... since Kalona is made from from grass-fed cows on small family farms who practice regenerative farming, Non- homogenized, low temp pasteurized dairy- as closest to raw milk as possible.



Nutrient dense and flavorful biscoff ice cream for the win! The key to have a sustainable healthy life is to preach balance and to also choose better ingredients when you are cooking or baking at home... the ingredients here are a some of the staples that I usually have in my own kitchen.

Feel free to to use your favorite low carb sweetener, I used RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount) but I also love using abullone or stevia for my baked goods; always a staple in my baking pantry for sure, and essential for healthier desserts.


And for the mix, I simply used Kalona SuperNatural organic vanilla yogurt, a game changer to make it silky, creamy and healthier, and of course, jicama!

Biscoff Jicama Ice Cream

Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Kalona SuperNatural organic vanilla yogurt

  • 3 cups of frozen jicama

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of RxSugar alullose (MARIA20 for discount)

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

  • 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 Chopped Biscoff Cookies

Toppings

  • Chopped Biscoff Cookies

  • 2 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender until fully smooth.

  2. Pour into a jar and serve with toppings.
