As I mentioned earlier, parmesan cheese, spinach, red onion, butternut squash, brussels sprouts, apples, cranberries and of course, a veggie burger, used Actual Veggies in Mushroom Mozzarella, a recipe that's super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your lunch or dinner recipes, this one for sure!
As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some Actual Veggies but you can use your favorite ones.

Butternut Squash Apple Burger Bowl

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Actual Veggies Mushroom Mozzarella Veggie Burgers
3 cups of fresh spinach
1/2 sliced red onion
2 cup sliced brussels sprouts
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 tbsp of coconut aminos
2 cups of chopped frozen butternut squash
1 chopped apple
1/3 cup of dried cranberries
3 tbsp of parmesan cheese dressing (or your favorite one)
1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
Instructions
Place the brussels sprouts, red onion and veggie burger on a baking tray or air fryer basket. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic, coconut aminos.
Bake for 22 minutes for 350F or airy fry for 16 minutes at 355F.
Microwave the butternut squash for 2:00 minutes.
Once cooked, serve on a plate with the previously washed and chopped apple.
Top parmesan cheese, cranberries and dressing, enjoy!
