This recipe overall is paleo and gluten-free, low sugar and as I said before, vegan as well. I used the raw tahini butter from Artisana Organics and Perfect Keto low carb pancake mix (PURELYHL for discount) as a base of this recipe... and of course, some chopped almonds and butternut squash puree.


These vegan and gluten free blondies are perfect to make during all the fall baking season. It's easy to make and extremely delicious! It's an unmissable recipe that everyone will love and will also nourish your body... low carb and of course also a great source of antioxidants and some fiber.

Butternut Squash Tahini Chocolate Chip Blondies

Serves 9 blondies


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pancake mix

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp of chopped almonds

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monkfruit or alullose

  • 1/2 cup of raw tahini butter

  • 3/4 cup of butternut squash puree

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Pour the batter into a 8x8 greased baking dish.

  4. Add the toppings and bake for 22-25 minutes.

  5. Let it cool down, cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
