These brownies are moist, flavorful, made with healthier ingredients (sugar-free and gluten-free) and not to mention they are so delicious and easy to make, you are going to love this recipe made with a brownie base and topped with a sugar-free and delicious caramel cracker layer.... so so good.


These are my iconic Caramel Crack Brownies, made with the best and simplest ingredients, no need to complications or a lot of messy dishes to create this recipe and to enjoy a healthy meal!

Caramel Crack Brownies

Serves 9 brownies


Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 1/2 cups (160g) of SuperFat Brownie Mix (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/2 cup of almond butter

  • 1 cup of water or nut milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Caramel Cracker Layer

  • 2 cups of powdered monk fruit

  • 3 tbsp of RxSugar Caramel Keto Syrup

  • 1 banana (heated in the microwave for 1 minute)

  • 1 pack of Milton's Craft Bakers Crispy Sea Salt Crackers

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 375F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the brownies and then mix in the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the batter into an 8x8 silicone baking dish and bake for 22-24 minutes.

  4. Crush the crackers in a food processor or blender.

  5. Mix the ingredients for the caramel cracker.

  6. Once brownies are bake, top them in the mix and add the raspberries on top.

  7. Slice into 9 pieces and enjoy!
