Chocolate Almond Protein S'mores Cookies

Serves 6 huge cookies


To Serve

  • Sugar-Free Marshmallows


  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the cookies.

  3. Add the wet ingredients along with the hazelnut butter, mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Create 6 large cookie balls and place them in a baking tray.

  5. Top with chocolate bar.

  6. Bake for 11-12 minutes.

  7. Serve with marshmallows and roast with a kitchen torch.

  8. Enjoy!
