Serves 8 large cookies


Ingredients (Makes 8 Large Cookies)

  • Cookies:

    • 1 1/4 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour

    • 1 cup of organic corn flakes

    • 1 scoop of Equip Foods Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein

    • 1 tsp of baking soda

    • 1 tsp of baking powder

    • 1/4 cup of brown granulated monk fruit

    • 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit

    • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

    • 2/3 cup of almond butter

    • 2 whole eggs

    • 1 @lokfoodsus Sea Salt & Caramel Fudge Chocolate Bar, chopped

    • 1/3 cup of mini sugar-free marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, corn flakes, Equip Foods Vanilla Grass-Fed Protein, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Incorporate the almond butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and both types of monk fruit sweeteners. Mix until the dough is fully incorporated and smooth.
