Ingredients

  • Turkey Sausage Patties:

    • 1 package of Diestel Family Ranch Turkey Breakfast Sausage

    • 4 slices of Diestel Family Ranch Turkey Bacon

    • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    • 1/3 cup drained corn

    Habanero Miso Sauce:

    • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt

    • 1 tablespoon red miso paste

    • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

    • 1 tablespoon habanero sauce

    • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit or stevia


  • Instructions

    1. Cook the turkey bacon in an air fryer at 320°F for about 11 minutes until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

    2. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey sausage, taco seasoning, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper, corn, and chopped bacon. Form into six patties.

    3. Air fry the patties at 300°F for 20-22 minutes until cooked through.

    4. For the sauce, mix Greek yogurt, miso paste, taco seasoning, habanero sauce, and monk fruit until smooth.
