Everything Bagel Salmon Quiche

Serves 8


Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 bags of your favorite Eat Good Fish crispy salmon skin

  • 3 oz of cream cheese

  • 1 slice of smoked salmon

  • 4 slices of sugar-free bacon

  • 2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/8 tsp of garlic

  • 1 tbsp of sriracha

  • 2 tbsp of coconut animos or soy sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 375F.

  2. Mix the eggs with seasonings, crushed salmon skin (like dust) and sauces.

  3. Pour in a baking dish.

  4. Cook the bacon as crispy as you want.

  5. Top with bacon, cream cheese, salmon and everything bagel seasoning.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

  7. Let them cool and enjoy!
