Everything Bagel Salmon Quiche

Serves 8
Ingredients
6 eggs
2 bags of your favorite Eat Good Fish crispy salmon skin
3 oz of cream cheese
1 slice of smoked salmon
4 slices of sugar-free bacon
2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/8 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of sriracha
2 tbsp of coconut animos or soy sauce
Method
Preheat the oven at 375F.
Mix the eggs with seasonings, crushed salmon skin (like dust) and sauces.
Pour in a baking dish.
Cook the bacon as crispy as you want.
Top with bacon, cream cheese, salmon and everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy!
