Goat Cheese Cherry Vanilla Protein Scones

Serves ***


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Beth Blends Gluten-Free Flour (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/4 tsp of baking salt

  • 4 scoops of Nuzest Vegan Strawberry Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount)

  • 1/2 of granulated monk fruit

  • 1/4 cup of soften ghee

  • 1 cup of greek vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cherries

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 4 pieces of the laughing cow cheese (or cream cheese)

  • 1/2 cup of crumbled goat cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the scones.

  3. Add the vanilla extract, yogurt, ghee and eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Fold in the cherries, goat cheese and laughing cow cheese.

  5. Create scones, it makes 5-6.

  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
