Hatch Chile Pretzel Chicken Salad

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of grilled chicken

  • 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers

  • 1 cup of chopped mango

  • 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1 tsp of taco seasoning

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/2 cup of Fit Joy crushed hatch chile pretzels

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain water from lettuce, chop it finely and mix with the ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Top with chicken and extra pretzels.

  3. Enjoy!
