  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • Taco Seasoning (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • 8 Slices of Turkey Bacon

  • 1 cup Cheese (shredded or cubed for stuffing)

  • 1 cup Cranberries

  • 3/4 cup The Bossy Gourmet Hot JalapeƱo Salsa

  • 1/4 cup Granulated Monk Fruit

  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro (for garnish)

  • Red Pepper Flakes (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning and salt. Make an incision in each breast to create a pocket for stuffing.
