1 pack of Simply Dessert Lemon Sugar-Free Pudding
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
3/4 cup almond butter
2 large organic eggs
3 tbsp of nut milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
1 cup of powdered monk fruit
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the organic flour, Simply Dessert Lemon Sugar-Free Pudding, baking powder, sea salt, and granulated monk fruit sweetener.
