Maple Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups (Seed Cycling, Vegan, Keto)

There are a lot of amazing ways to step up your nutrition game! From eating mostly whole foods, eating seasonal and incorporating nutrient dense foods, and of course, it's also important to create fun and delicious recipes to make this a sustainable lifestyle, that's a fact.

And when it comes to nutrient dense foods I love incorporating seeds into my diet, they are so versatile and back in the day I used eat them only on salads or alone. But the thing is that they are easy to incorporate and fun!

In this occasion these cookie dough cups are based on seeds! Two of my favorite seeds: flaxseeds and pumpkins seeds.

These two are packed with healthy fatty acids, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin E and fiber. Finely grounded to create this fudgy and delicious cookie dough cup with a touch of holiday cheer and taste with that maple and chocolate combo.

They are such a great way to sneak in some seeds and nutrients into your diet or anyone who usually doesn't eat seeds. Because, who doesn't love cookie dough? I do love love love cookies and cookie dough, specially when it's this healthy.

Clean, nutrient dense ingredients!

I know, there's a lot of discount codes here but I'm using a lot of my favorites, so it's a double win since they are all worth restocking. And you already know that some of these ingredients are staple for my recipes.

For sweetness, of course, we've got some granulated monk fruit, you know it's my favorite. For that maple touch I also used Lakanto Maple Syrup (keto friendly) and as topping Super Fat cookies, also keto friendly!

So you can count on this recipe to be:

  • Low Carb

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

  • Nutrient Dense

  • Keto

  • Vegan

The result!

At the end of this recipe you'll get a delicious, silky and fudgy cookie dough bite. A delicious combination chocolate and maple, and a great crumbly cookie topping with chocolate and almonds. A great crunch is important too!

Also, in this recipe we are mixing Nuzest Chocolate Protein (PURELYHL for discount) with the finely grounded seeds. Flaxseeds and the protein creates a soft base and the pumpkin seeds also incorporate a great and slightly natural sweetness.

The steps for this recipe are also super easy!

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Blend the pumpkin seeds until you get a flour texture.

  3. Add the liquid. Mix well.

  4. Pour the mix into 12 silicone muffins cups.

  5. Top with all the crumbled cookies, chopped almonds and chocolate.

  6. Freeze for a couple of hours.

Material!

  • One mixing bowl

  • Blender

  • Measuring cup

So you can be sure that this recipe is fail proof, great for meal preps and to share with your love ones! It's a delicious, simple and nutrient dense recipe worth sharing, saving, pinning or bookmarking... enjoy!
