Ingredients

Serving:

  • 1 cup of vegan coconut yogurt

  • 1 cup of mixed berries


Method:

  1. In a blender, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, Koyah Organic Maqui Whole Berry Powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.

  3. When ready to serve, microwave the mixed berries for 2 minutes to create a warm berry compote.

  4. In a stylish cup, layer some of the warm berries at the bottom, then top with the chia pudding. Finish with a generous layer of vegan coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of additional berries for garnish.
