As I mentioned earlier, chipotle puree, garlic, black pepper, a touch of miso paste and of course, gluten-free bucatini pasta, a recipe that's super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your lunch or dinner recipes, this one for sure!


As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some wild-caught sockeye salmon but you can use your favorite salmon, although I highly suggest getting wild-caught at least.

Miso Chipotle Bucatini Pasta

Serves 1-2


Ingredients

  • 2oz. of cooked Bucatini Banza Chickpea Pasta

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of miso paste

  • 2 tbsp of chipotle puree

To Serve

  • Red Pepper Chili Flakes

  • Dried Parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta with sea salt in boiling water for 8-9 minutes.

  2. Drain and set aside.

  3. Blend the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Mix the paste with the chipotle cream and top with red pepper chili flakes and dried parsley.

  5. Enjoy!
