Miso Teriyaki Salmon Burgers

Serves 4
Ingredients
12 oz of raw skinless wild caught salmon
2 eggs
1 tbsp of coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 bags of Miso Teriyaki Crispy Salmon Skins from Eat Good Fish
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/8 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
2 tbsp of sesame seeds
Preheat the oven at 350F. Process all the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Make 6 burgers (about 1/3 cup of the mix).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bake for 22 minutes.
