Miso Teriyaki Salmon Burgers (Keto & Gluten Free)

A nice easy twist of salmon, in this recipe I'm using raw salmon and simply processing it to create these burgers. Also Eat Good Fish as our flour substitute to keep things low carb and gluten free.

Miso Teriyaki Salmon Burgers

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 12 oz of raw skinless wild caught salmon

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp of coconut aminos or soy sauce

  • 2 bags of Miso Teriyaki Crispy Salmon Skins from Eat Good Fish

  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt

  • 1/8 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F. Process all the ingredients until fully incorporated.

  2. Make 6 burgers (about 1/3 cup of the mix).

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Bake for 22 minutes.
