Using simple and premium ingredients! In this recipe I'm featuring some of the amazing products from Naked Nutrition; their Vanilla Vegan Protein and a creamy dairy free cream cheese and some peanut butter. You are going to love the combination of flavors... plus the fact that this recipe is easy to make and satisfying.

About these Peanut Butter Blueberry Cheesecake Donuts:

With 20g of protein and only 9.7g of carbs these vegan and gluten free donuts are the perfect snack for you to enjoy today! These just require 5 ingredients and easy to make, you only need one mixing bowl and your donut mold.

Something that really makes this recipe a great tasting snack and recipe overall is the crunch... textures are everything! And it really brings up that extra taste of the Vegan Vanilla Protein and peanut butter base, plus if you haven't tried making recipes with protein you can expect a thick and creamy consistency from it.

Key Ingredients:

Adding some protein powder for extra creaminess and a satisfying filling. I have been also obsessed with the Naked Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein, perfect for the as a gluten free and protein flour alternative, I felt for it at first smell (for real, it smells so good!), plus the ingredients Naked Nutrition use premium; no artificial sweeteneers, flavors or colors which is perfect!

The taste is always delicious too, this smooth vanilla is basically a healthy, dreamy and indulgent vanilla milkshake (keto and vegan!), plus it has all the BCAA's.

This is simply a major combo that you cannot resist, hard to believe that this is also low carb and gut friendly! And, besides being insanely delicious I also added a creamy sugar-free dairy-free greek yogurt frosting... and some dye-free sprinkles from Perfect Keto.

These follow of course, the same values. Simple and premium ingredients with no artificial flavors, sweeteners and colors, I truly appreciate it when it comes to looking for options. For these they get a double win for me regarding taste and quality of ingredients.

The base of these Peanut Butter Blueberry Cheesecake Donuts:

The base is made with simple ingredients and Naked Nutrition Vegan Vanilla Protein pea protein to keep it nutrient dense and gluten free. For the base I also included some peanut butter since we are no using any eggs.

The healthy fats from the peanut butter helps with nutrient absorption and it add the creaminess of the base of these donuts, if you don't have any you can also use your favorite nut butter or coconut oil.

Overall, these are the ingredients needed for these PPeanut Butter Blueberry Cheesecake Donuts:

So we've got our protein, our crunch factor all in this simply and wholesome recipe! As a foodie and nutritionist I believe that the quality of the ingredients can make the difference in our health and also make healthy food more sustainable.
