Poblano Creamy Lupini Pasta

Serves 1-2
Ingredients
2oz. of cooked Lupii Lupini Pasta
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 tsp of garlic
2 tsp of taco seasoning
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/3 cup of pasta water
To Serve
1/2 cup of roasted poblano peppers
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions
Cook the pasta with sea salt in boiling water for 8-9 minutes.
Save about 1/3 cup of the pasta water, drain the pasta and ser aside.
Blend the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the pasta with the cottage cheese blend and add your toppings.
Enjoy!
