Poblano Pepper Hummus Corn Dip

Serves 2-4
Ingredients
2 cups of corn
1/3 cup of roasted poblano pepper
1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro
2 limes
1 tsp of taco seasoning
2/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup of Zacca Hummus in Poblano Pepper
2 tbsp of cotija cheese
1/2 tbsp of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add the corn in a large bowl, wash the cilantro and chopped it.
Add in the roasted poblano pepper, squeeze the limes, taco seasoning, greek yogurt and hummus. Mix well.
Serve this on a plate, top with cilantro and cotija cheese.
