Parsley Bacon Hummus Coleslaw

Serves 4-6


  • 4 cups of shredded cabbage

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro

  • 1/3 cup of chopped bell peppers

  • 3 limes

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning

  • 2/3 cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 2 slices of cooked chopped bacon (I used turkey)

  • 1/3 cup of Zacca Hummus in Cilantro Parsley


  1. Add the previously washed and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

  2. Add the seasonings, Greek yogurt and hummus. Mix well.

  3. Serve the salad on a plate and enjoy!
