As if we couldn't love blondies even more, I decided to take it to the next level with this funfetti chocolate pound cake idea, perfect as a healthier and indulgent sweet snack or dessert.
I know it sounds crazy but who said that eating healthy was boring? These blondies and as other of my recipes is just another proof that you can enjoy a fun sweet without all the sugar or gluten!

Strawberry Cherries N' Cream Blondies:

Serves 9 servings
1 cup of almond flour
2/3 cup of coconut flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of greek yogurt
1/4 cup of ghee or coconut oil
2/3 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of strawberries
6 pieces of cherry organic chocolate
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients; almond, coconut flour, monk fruit, baking powder.
Add the melted ghee, egg whites and greek yogurt into the cake mix and mix well.
Pour the batter in a 8x8 silicone baking dish.
Add chopped chocolate and strawberries.
Bake for 24-28 minutes.
Let it cool down, cut into 9 pieces and enjoy!
