Ingredients

Toppings

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar monk fruit


Instructions

  1. Mix the pumpkin puree with greek yogurt, sugar-free maple syrup, cinnamon, pea protein, and chocolate chips.

  2. Fill the wrap with the pumpkin cookie dough and wrap it like a burrito.

  3. Mix the cinnamon and brown sugar monk fruit roll the chimichanga in the cinnamon mix.

  4. Air fry for 10 minutes at 355.

  5. Let it cool down, serve and enjoy!
