Pumpkin Horchata Cheesecake Dip

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup of vanilla organic greek yogurt
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
3 tbsp of cream cheese
1 scoop of Marigold Pumpkin Spice Collagen Peptides (PHL for discount)
1 scoop of Marigold Horchata Collagen Peptides
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of chai spices (from tea bag)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
Decoration
Brown Granulated Monk Fruit
3 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, except for the bars and white chocolate chips.
Add the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chopped bars and chocolate chips (save some chocolate chips for the topping).
Transfer the batter into 9 silicone muffin cups.
Bake for 25 minutes and let them cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting.
Top the muffins with frosting, and enjoy!
