This is extremely easy to make and extremely flavorful! The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using some Spice Mode, Hot Mirchi Chile Ancho seasoning, chipotle ranch and roasted onions... can't get enough!


This Spicy Breakfast Burger recipe is made with all high in protein, while being low-carb. This is the recipe that will please your tastebuds in every bite. The perfect idea for lunch, dinner or a picnic!

As I mentioned earlier, chipotle ranch dressing, chile ancho seasoning, American cheese, ground turkey and of course, a low carb burger bun, a recipe that's super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your lunch or dinner recipes, this one for sure!


As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste. For this recipe I used some Eat Royo - PURELYHL for discount low-carb burger buns but you can use your favorite ones.

Spicy Breakfast Burger

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 1lb of extra lean ground turkey

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • ⅛ tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of Spice Mode Hot Mirchi seasoning

  • ½ cup of egg whites

  • ½ cup of roasted red onion

  • 1 cup of lettuce

  • 4 slices of low fat cheddar cheese

  • 4 tbsp of chipotle ranch dressing

  • 4 low carb burger buns (love Eat Royo - PURELYHL for discount)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

  2. Mix the ground turkey with seasonings and create 4 patties.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Slice the buns and top each one with lettuce, cooked turkey, low fat cheese, roasted onion, egg whites.

  5. Top with the leftover burger bun and enjoy!
