Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ceres Peach Juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste

  • 2 packs monk fruit sweetener (optional)

  • A pinch of salt


Instructions  

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or large mug.

  2. Microwave for 2 minutes, then stir.

  3. Microwave for an additional 1.5 minutes, watching to prevent spills, then stir and let cool fully.

  4. Serve as a dip for spring rolls, tofu, chicken bites, and more.
