Strawberry Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Serves 8 rolls
Ingredients
1 container organic crescent roll dough
1/2 cup no-sugar-added strawberry jam
1/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
5 slices of True Story Kurobuta Uncured Bacon
Sugar-Free Glaze
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the True Story Kurobuta bacon for 10 minutes until not overly crispy. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the strawberry jam and cream cheese until smooth.
Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface.
Spread the strawberry-cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, layering with bacon slices (set one slice aside for topping).
Carefully roll the dough into a log and slice into 8 equal rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish.
