The ingredients are simple and short, and the process of making these is just as minimal and easy, you'll be surprised... your guests and their tastebuds! This recipe is perfect no matter the occasion but I wanted to add a little fun twist by using garlic aioli, chipotle and, of course, almond flour doe the chicken coating.

As I mentioned earlier, I used Eat Royo (PURELYHL for discount) low carb artisan bread which are super versatile and made with just simple ingredients, perfect for your french toast, this one for sure! The seasonings included in this recipe are real salt, black pepper, garlic powder and some chipotle salt or chili red pepper flakes.
I used extra lean free range chicken but if you prefer grass-fed beef or chicken, that will work too! As a nutritionist I know that healthy eating should be sustainable and convenient without sacrificing any taste.

Sweet Chipotle Crispy French Toast Sandwich

Serves 1 serving
Ingredients
For the chicken
1 sliced chicken breast
1 tsp of chipotle salt
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
1/4 cup of almond flour
1 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
French Toast
1 low carb slices of bread (used Eat Royo- PURELYHL for discount)
1/4 cup of chicken bone broth
1/4 cup of egg whites
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of garlic
1/8 tsp of black pepper
2 pieces leafy greens
1/4 sliced tomato
2 tbsp of garlic aioli (or mayo)
Method
Season the chicken with the ingredients and cover with almond flour, press with your fingers.
Air fry for 20 minutes at 355F.
Mix the egg whites with bone broth, add seasonings and soak each slice in the mix.
Air fry for 5 minutes at 380F.
Assemble your sandwich with french toast vegetables, aioli and chicken.
