Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups paleo all-purpose flour (or almond flour)

  • 1 bag Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Cinnamon Crunch (finely crushed)

  • 1 bag Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Flamin’ Crunch (finely crushed)

  • 1/4 cup baking powder

  • 1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup water (for pretzel wash)

For coating:  

  • 1/2 cup brown granulated monk fruit

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, crushed Crisp Power pretzels, baking powder, monk fruit, salt, vanilla, yogurt, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
