Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut Secret Teriyaki Coconut Aminos Buy here

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • Toppings: 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and set to roast.

  2. Mix the chicken cubes with coconut aminos, sea salt, garlic, pepper, honey, and ginger. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cut the pineapple into cubes.
