Turkey Jalapeño Popper Skillet

Serves 4-6


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Diestel Ground Turkey

  • 2 chopped jalapeños

  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion

  • 1 tbsp of coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper

  • 1/8 tsp of sea salt

  • 1 tbsp of dried onion flakes

Garnish

  • Laughing Cow Cheese

  • Paleo Ranch

  • Cilantro

  • Red Pepper Flakes


Instructions

  1. Start cooking the jalapeños and onion in a skillet on medium heat.

  2. Add the ground turkey and start separating the meat with the cooking spoon.

  3. Sprinkle the seasonings.

  4. Cover for 6 minutes.

  5. Uncover and stir well until the turkey is fully cooked.

  6. Serve with ranch, laughing cow cheese and cilantro.

  7. Enjoy!
