Vanilla Matcha Mango Possets

Serves 4


Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Simply Dessert Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding

  • 1/2 cup mango puree (fresh mango)

  • 1 cup Ceres Mango Juice (for extra mango goodness: Ceres Mango Juice)

Matcha Glaze

  • 1/2 tbsp matcha powder

  • 1 cup of whipped cream

  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit


Instructions

  1. Slice the mango in half and carefully remove the flesh, mash the fresh and place in a bowl.

  2. In a the bowl with the mango add the  unsweetened almond milk and vanilla pudding mix. Beat all the ingredients for the pudding for 3-5 minutes.

  3. Stuff the mangoes with the mix and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.

  4. Mix ingredients for whipped cream, add your toppings & enjoy!
