  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced


For the Mango Ceres Dressing:


  • ¼ cup Ceres Mango Juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Pinch of salt and black pepper



Instructions
